The difference
Boards and owners call us when entries look tired, beds have lost their shape, irrigation cannot keep up, or the property needs to recover after weather. We scope the work in plain language, price it as a standalone project, and install on a calendar you can defend.
Every enhancement starts with what you want the property to look like six months after we leave.
Project types
From a single bed refresh to a full entry rebuild. Each project gets its own written scope.

Refresh dated shrubs, rebuild bed lines, and install palettes that survive coastal sun and salt.

02
First impressions for communities and resorts: monuments, arrival beds, and sign surrounds.

03
Audits, repairs, smart controllers, and zone work scoped apart from routine maintenance.

04
Rotations for high-visibility zones: entries, pool decks, and guest-facing courtyards.

05
Walk edges, accent stone, swales, and corrections that protect plantings and amenity turf.

06
Cleanup plus replanting and reset work after coastal weather, not just debris haul-off.

Maintenance keeps what you have on cadence: mowing, edging, pruning within scope, and bed care. Enhancements change the property: new plantings, bed redesigns, irrigation upgrades, hardscape accents, seasonal color installs, or recovery work after weather. If it needs a quote before we mobilize, it is an enhancement.
Yes. HOAs, resorts, and private homes hire us for one-time renovations and install-only projects. If you already have a maintenance vendor, we coordinate access and hand off care notes when the work is done.
Often yes, with HOA approval. We can quote the resident directly or through the association, depending on your rules. Tell us who approves planting and where the work sits on common versus limited common elements.
Simple scopes often return within a few business days after we have photos or a walk. Larger renovations may need a site visit first. You will always get a written scope, not a verbal ballpark.
Yes. Controller upgrades, zone additions, leak repair, and drainage corrections are scoped separately from base maintenance so boards and owners can see systems work versus routine grounds care.
If you have portal access for your community, use it for faster tracking under your agreement. This page works for every property, including new clients and one-off projects.
